Bio
David Hutton is a professor in the Department of Health Management and Policy at the University of Michigan. His research is focused using mathematical models to assist with the allocation of resources for health. He has worked on several projects evaluating the cost-effectiveness of interventions related to substance use disorder. He has served as a consultant, advisor, and/or collaborator with the World Health Organization, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
