Bio
Jeffrey Hoch is chief of the Division of Health Policy and Management in UC Davis’ Department of Public Health Services and has taught Health Economics and Economic Evaluation classes within the United States and internationally for over 25 years.
Hoch’s primary research interests involve making health economics useful and applicable for decision-makers, and he also has experience in health services research on cancer, mental health, and other issues affecting vulnerable populations.
Hoch received his PhD in health economics from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
