The 16th Annual Conference on the Science of Dissemination and Implementation in Health is co-hosted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and AcademyHealth. This year, the conference will convene on the theme of, "Raising Expectations for D&I Science: Challenges and Opportunities," to elevate new research in dissemination and implementation (D&I) science and identify opportunities for knowledge translation and application. The annual Symposium on Substance Use Research (SOSUR) focuses on leveraging research, knowledge, and insight on substance use from across the country. The Society for Medical Decision Making (SMDM) North American Meeting brings together high-quality oral and poster presentations, short courses, symposia presentations, and workshops from all disciplines involved in the study of decision making in health and medicine. Established in 2009, the International Network on Health and Hepatitis in Substance Users (INHSU) is a recognized leader in amplifying research and clinical advances in hepatitis C prevention, treatment, and care for people who use drugs. Entering its 11th year, this conference welcomes a global network of practitioners, researchers, community members, and people who use drugs and remains committed to creating equitable access to treatment and health services to address infectious diseases and drug-related harms. The Addiction Health Services Research (AHSR) Conference, held since 2005, annually brings together researchers, policymakers, and treatment providers to focus on how systems redesign can effectively and sustainably be implemented. Since its founding in 1976, the Association for Multidisciplinary Education and Research in Substance Use and Addiction (AMERSA) strives to improve health and well-being through leadership and advocacy in substance use education, research, clinical care, and policy. The 19th International Network on Brief Interventions for Alcohol and Other Drugs (INEBRIA) conference draws an international group of researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and additional stakeholders interested in the potential of brief interventions in health and other settings to reduce the harms produced by alcohol and drug use. This year, the conference revolves around, “Optimizing Brief Interventions for a New Era: From Research to Practice and Policy."
